Will Pedals Still Adjust on 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 Using InvisiBrake and Stop Light Switch Kit
Question:
on a 2018 sierra 1500 gas with adjustable pedals and a invisibrake system can you still adjust your pedals once the stop light switch is installed?

Yes, the pedals on your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 will still be adjustable after installing the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 with the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751463. In fact, there is even a note in the installation instructions which specifies they need to be adjusted in the "Up" position when you are flat towing.
Along with this supplemental braking system and stop light switch, the other parts needed to flat tow your '18 GMC Sierra 1500 are:
- Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-3177-3
- Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-576
- Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
- Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect # RM-766
You may also need a high-low adapter in order to keep your truck level, and I've added a link to a help article which shows you how to determine if you need an adapter as well as a link to our selection of adapters.
Additionally, I have added links to instruction manuals, video reviews and installations for you to take a look at.
