Electric Bike Rack Compatible with Permanently Attached Hitch Ball on Volvo

I have a Volvo with a hitch that has a ball permanently attached to it which seems to exclude most electric bike racks. Any ideas on how to resolve this problem?

The Curt Clamp-On 3 Bike Rack for 2" Ball Mounts - Towing # C18013 has a weight capacity of 135 lbs and doesn't give a specific individual bike weight maximum. This will work with an electric bike.

If you can send me a photo of your hitch as well as the year and model of your Volvo there are likely other hitch options available that will give you more access to bike carriers and other accessories.
