I took a look at the owner's manual for a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali and both it and the standard 1500 can be flat towed so long as it is a four-wheel drive with a two-speed transfer case, and according to page 236 of the manual, "To shift the transfer case, press the desired button" which seems pretty simple compared to some other vehicles!

There are a number of parts you are going to need in order to flat tow this truck, which I'll list for you:

- Base Plate Kit: Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-523198-4
- Tow Bar: Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-522
- Safety Chains: RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643
- Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
- Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch # RM-766
- Supplemental Braking System: SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 OR if your motor home has air brakes: SMI Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motor Homes with Air Brakes # SM99243

Base plates are vehicle-specific and the Roadmaster will give your '19 Sierra Denali a clean look. The Falcon tow bar has long arms which make it easy to maneuver when towing and is made of stainless steel to ensure optimal durability.

The Flexo-Coil wiring kit is designed to prevent any type of electrical feedback to keep your Sierra's electrical system safe, and you will need to disconnect your truck's battery, making the Disconnect Switch something that will make flat towing your truck much easier.

The SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO as well as the SMI Air Force One supplemental braking systems are strongly recommended because they not only give you effective braking, but are a one-time install which will never require any type of removal or reactivation.

You may also need a high-low adapter in order to keep your truck level, and I've added a link to a help article which shows you how to determine if you need an adapter as well as a link to our selection of adapters.
