I would first recommend checking your owners manual or with the Jeep dealer on the proper procedure for towing the vehicle. Some vehicles might need to be equipped with a transmission lube pump, an axle disconnect, drive line disconnect or free-wheeling hubs before they can be towed.
For your Roadmaster Stowmaster 5000 Tow Bar, the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit # RM-521448-4, will work and is a fit for your 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. This kit is designed to fit factory bumpers that are not equipped with winches or guards. You will not need an aftermarket bumper.
In addition to a base plate kit and tow bar, you will need safety cables, lighting or wiring, and a supplemental braking kit.
The Roadmaster Coiled Safety Cables, part # RM-643, are a good option for safety cables. The coiled design will help to keep the cables from dragging on the ground.
For lighting, you could either use a non-permanent lighting kit or have a kit wired into your vehicle lighting. I have linked an FAQ on tow bar lighting that shows the different options for lighting. One kit that will fit your Jeep and is good option for lighting is the Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit # RM-155.
Jeep states that the battery will need to be disconnected for towing your Wrangler Unlimited. To make this process easier, I recommend a Battery Disconnect with Switch # RM-766.This will allow you to disconnect the vehicle battery with the flip of a switch rather than manually removing the battery cables.
Most states require a supplemental braking system on the vehicle being towed. I would recommend the Roadmaster Even Brake, part # RM-9400. This is a proportional system that applies the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the towing vehicle is braking. This system will allow you to slow down faster and help reduce wear on your Jeep and RV brakes. For this braking system to work properly, you will also need a Stop Light Switch # RM-751452 and a 12V Outlet Kit # RM-9332 to power and provide signal to the system.
I have linked an FAQ on flat-towing for you to look over.
