Can the Rear Hatch Door of a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited be Opened When Using e98874 Cargo Carrier

Will I be able to open my rear hatch door with the cargo carrier empty?

The 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier # e98874 will fit just fine on your 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited but you won't be able to open your rear hatch door or utilize the folding feature due to your spare tire. Another customer wrote a review saying that they can't open their rear hatch door or use the folding feature when using it with their 2017 Wrangler Unlimited.
If you really want to be able to use this feature then we have the Yakima BackSwing # Y02483 which will give you the option to swing the carrier out and away from your Wrangler Unlimited to that you can completely open the rear hatch door. This is an extender though and it will reduce the weight rating of your trailer hitch in half so you need to keep that in mind.
You will need a hitch pin like # PC3 or a locking option like part # 63232 for the Yakima carrier.
