The Saris Freedom 4 Bike Platform Rack # SA4414B you referenced has not been tested and approved for use on a 5th wheel trailer but we do have other 4-bike bike racks that are. Since there is a lot more play at the back of a 5th wheel trailer as opposed to a passenger vehicle only certain bikes have been tested and approved for this extra movement.

For your application I recommend going with the Swagman Trailhead RV Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches # S63381.
