I would like to know if this hitch DM6076SL-16K has an installation kit that will fit my gmc sierra 2017 double cab 6 1/2 foot beds?

Yes, you can use Demco 5th wheel installation kit # DM8553014-12 in your 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 with 6-1/2-foot bed to install their 16K sliding hitch # DM6076SL-16K.
