I can certainly give you everything that you need to bypass the TIPM on your 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 but if only the electric brake output pin is not working, I would first check the fuse box for a blown fuse, number 12 in particular which is a pink 30 amp fuse for the electric brake output circuit.
In regards to bypassing the TIPM, if you are wanting to do this for just the electric brake output circuit then all you would need to do is run a 10 gauge wire, part # 10-1-1 (per foot) from the back of the 7-way into the cab to the trailer brake controller with part # DW05745-5.
However, if you are wanting to bypass the entire TIPM system then you will need a new 4-way and 7-way because the ones you have are tired into the TIPM. For the 4-way, I recommend the Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit part # C59496 which splices in behind the taillights and then draws power from the battery so you don't overload the vehicle's taillights.
For the 7-way, I recommend the 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat Adapter part # ETBC7. This will plug into the above 4-way for the signal lights and then comes with the wires and breakers that you will need to run the 12 volt power and brake output circuits.
The above components will give you everything that you need to bypass the TIPM in your Ram 3500 so you don't have to make any costly repairs to the system.
