Fifth Wheel Hitch with 25,000 lb Capacity That Fits Pucks of 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 Long Bed

Question:

I have a 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 with a long bed and I have the OEM puck system. What I am looking for is a high quality 5th wheel hitch but I need it to have a capacity of 25,000 lbs. I also want a hitch that goes right in the puck system as opposed to having to use an adapter. It just makes me more comfortable to know that the hitch is right in the pucks as opposed to having it sitting on top of something.

There are a couple fifth wheel hitches with a 25,000 lb capacity that fit directly in the puck system of your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 long bed and do not require the use of an adapter:

- B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3705
- Curt A25 5th Wheel Hitch # C16066

While both of these hitches are high in quality I strongly recommend the B&W Companion # BWRVK3705 because it will give you the most comfortable and secure towing experience with your '19 Silverado 3500.

The Companion creates a more comfortable ride compared to other fifth wheel hitches for a number of reasons, starting with its 1 inch thick jaws. They provide a complete and total connection to your trailer's king pin so you don't have to deal with the annoying rattling that can be present on a hitch with a lesser jaw system. If you take a look at the accompanying photo you can see the full breadth of these jaws and why they provide an optimal connection.

The bushings on the Companion are another important comfort factor; they are made of polyurethane which cushions the hitch to further prevent a noisy ride.

This hitch is regarded by many people as the highest-quality fifth wheel hitch in the industry; as evidence of that you can see that this hitch has been reviewed hundreds of times by our customers and they have given it a nearly unanimous 5-star rating.
