Recommended Ball Mount Recommendation for Use with Curt Hitch on 2018 Honda Civic

I am needing to find a drawbar with an 8 inch rise and the opening 1-1/4 inches for a 2018 Honda Civic

The problem is that Class I hitches like what you have require you to only use the recommended ball mount for that hitch. This is due to the lower capacity of the hitch not being rated for added leverage of a higher or lower ball mount.
With the Curt hitch part # C11604 that you referenced you have to use the # C45521 which has a 2-5/8 inch rise.
