Is There Clearance on Draw Tite Hitch for 2019 Honda Pilot to Use U-Bolt Style Anti-Rattle

Question:

I have a 2019 honda pilot and i need a hitch to attach my Stowaway cargo box but it uses a hitch tightener U bolt over receiver tube with plate below. I am concerned with the way the rear facia tucks under and the receiver tube also does not protrude the rear facia if i can get the u bolt without getting snagged on the chain loops. Also looks like the chain loops wont provide a flat spot for the plate to sit flat against the receiver. the OEM hitch looks like it has the same issues. what do you think?

For your 2019 Honda Pilot the etrailer Hitch part # e98840 is a confirmed fit and has a decent enough amount of space between the top of the hitch tube and the rear fascia to allow a U-bolt anti-rattle system to fit. I wasn't able to find a decent picture of the U-bolt style anti rattle you have but if it's like the Quiet Hitch part # RM-061 it would fit pretty easily.
