Which Generation is the SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps LC791575

Question:

I know from the qualification sheet that model LC678027 is what I would need. The pictures that you show are the GenIII and other pictures show the discounted GenII version. What version are you now selling of the LC678027? Another question that I have is what is your policy on damaged freight. PS Just to check again I have a 30inch Lippert door with a inside flange to flange measurement of 28-3/16. Rise to threshold 38-3/4

The third generation (3.0) SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps are what we currently have in stock and the ones you will receive. The review video you are referring to on the second generation (2.0) was carried over to the product page for the third generation because the only change that was made was to the design of the side rails which doesn't really affect function.

The correct way to measure for the SolidStep is from the frame to frame (see photo) of the trailer door and round up to the nearest even number. Therefore, the SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps part # LC791575 are indeed correct for you.
