Based on my research there is not a factory brake controller plug-in port present on your 2018 Ford Transit T350. In order to install a traditional brake controller like the Tekonsha Primus IQ # TK90160 that you were looking at you will need to hardwire it in. I have attached a wiring diagram to assist.
If you would rather not hardwire anything (which I certainly understand) then I highly recommend taking a look at the Curt Echo Brake Controller # C51180 instead. This is a unique controller that installs by simply plugging into the vehicle's 7-Way connector and pairing it with your smartphone via a bluetooth connection. It requires only the 12V pin on the 7-Way to be active.
For vehicles like yours that don't have a factory plug-in port beneath the dash this is a perfect solution to greatly ease the install process. It also eliminates the need to add an additional component to the cab of your Transit since your phone is what is used to adjust any settings or activate the manual override.
The Echo is an excellent proportional controller that uses its built-in triple-axis accelerometer to automatically activate the trailer brakes at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to them in the Ford Transit. I have attached a short video demonstration on this controller as well so you can see exactly how it installs and operates.
