Kona electric - We bought a 1.25” for our Chavy Bolt EV soon after the vehicle hit the dealers We will stay in touch since we just got a Kona, but would like a roof rack for a cargo box

Sometimes cars won't ever have a trailer hitch available so assuming you are looking to carry bikes or cargo on a 2019 Hyundai Kona EV you can still do so with a roof rack.
So long as your '19 Kona EV has flush-mounted rails that run front to back (as opposed to a naked roof with no rails at all on top) the best option is from Rhino-Rack:

To carry cargo atop your Kona you can use a rooftop cargo box and a great option is the Yakima SkyBox because it is easy to use and has a number of different sizes so you can pick the one that is right for you.
