I looked up your 2006 Fleetwood Flair 34F and was able to determine that your RV came with 19.5 inch diameter wheels. Which the part # WM8005 that you referenced is designed for 22-1/2 inch wheels so it's not the kit you'd need. Instead you'd want the # WM80092 which is for dually wheels that are between 16 and 19.5 inch diameter.

If you happen to have 22-1/2 inch diameter wheels though you'd need the # WM8005.

You are correct; the drill bit will actually be a 1/8" drill bit for the installation of the Wheel Masters 2-Hose Inflation Kit - 22-1/2" Dually - Hub Mount #WM8005.

We have valve stem extension kits like the part #WM8001-135 which were designed for use with dually wheels like what you have on your 2016 Ford F-350.

There unfortunately isn't a guide to tell us what the correct degree bend you'll need for easier access to the valve so you'll want to take a look at your valve stems to see how they're sitting and determine the route out to the front…

Wheelmaster does offer an inflation kit that was designed to fit 22 through 24 inch dually wheels with the part #WM8110A but the kit you mentioned would not fit as it is designed for smaller wheels.
