Does Trailer Valet XL Have Inflated or Solid Tires

Question:

I have a few questions. First you advertise the unit as having solid rubber tires, but the reviews show a lot of people blowing out inner tubes or string valve stems. So which is it? I would really like to uses trailer caster and use my truck to help guide it as I have severe issues in my neck and shoulder. I was thing the caster could assist in holding the weight so I dont have to put the weight distribution bars on because the truck and trailer will be at a major angle when move is complete. Also, I see people being stiffed on returns even though the unit didnt do as said it would. $840 is a lot of money to just throw away. Hoping you can help me. Thanks,

The Trailer Valet XL part # TVXL25 that you referenced has been redesigned a couple times. One of the big changes they made was they went from inflated tires that had had the potential to lose air to solid tires that you never have to worry about.

We don't recommend using this if the trailer is on a major angle or incline as it's easier to lose control of the trailer and cause a safety issue. This performs the best on mostly level ground that is paved but it does work beyond that as well to a certain extend. It has an auto brake too.

If you check out the review video link I attached you can see it used on a decent incline and on gravel as well to give you an idea what it's capable of. I also attached a link to our returns policy page.
