I have a yellow, white, red ,green, blue ,brown and black wires. What would be the diagram to hook up to my truck for them to connect.

If you check out the middle diagram on the picture I attached you'll see the correct 7-way wiring diagram that matches the colors of the wires you have. The wiring colors you mentioned are considered 7-Way RV Standard.
