The Lippert Electric Trailer Jack with Footplate - A-Frame - 18" Lift - 3,500 lbs - Black # LC285318 does not yet have a replacement nut available. I reached out to Lippert and they said many people have used impact tools on them instead of the manual handle that comes with it and have damaged that part but they don't yet have a fix for that as it wasn't designed for that use. At this time there is no replacement available, so you would need to replace the entire jack.
I've linked the page to all the 3,500 lb electric jack options if you want to compare them. My recommendation is the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 24" Lift - 3,500 lbs - Black # JET-3755 which has very positive reviews from our customers.
