Limiting Factor on Trailer Wheel for Maximum Tire Pressure

I was reading your QandA 110 psi My needs are a 16 6.5 6lug wheel from what i read you need 6.5 for the 14ply steel belted tires So i can purchase a 16 6.5 6bolt wheel and use the AM20906 valves and be Ok?

Yes, a 16 x 6-1/2 inch wheel such as the HWT # AM22658HWTB paired with a high pressure metal valve stem like the Americana # AM20906 that you referenced will allow for a tire that has a maximum air pressure of 110 psi. The valve stem itself is usually what dictates any limit with regards to tire pressure so as long as you remain under the combined weight capacity of the wheels with the trailer weight you are good to go with this setup.
