Should I Inflate Cold Tire to Maximum PSI to Allow for Heat Buildup
Question:
Just received four of these tires yesterday, air pressure on side of tire is 75 psi...is that 75 psi cold tire or should I out say 60 psi to allow for heat build up,

You are correct, Kenda Karrier # 10235 is rated for 75 PSI. It is always recommended to inflate trailer tires to max psi because it extends their life, cuts down on wear and allows them to be used at the maximum weight capacity.
You should inflate your tires to this max psi of 75 when cold, they have already accounted for heat build up.
