I have a 2018 Audi A5 CaberLet all wheel drive With a 2.0 turbo Will this fit 90092

The Hidden Hitch Class II Trailer Hitch with Drawbar # 90092 is not a fit for your 2018 Audi A5. I instead recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11448 which is a custom fit for your vehicle and then you can use the Curt Drawbar # C45521. There is no drilling required for this hitch install but there is a little trimming required.
For a hitch ball you can use the 1-7/8 inch # A-80 or the 2 inch # A-82. Then you can use the Curt Pin and Clip # F-4.
For your trailer wiring, I recommend the Tekonsha ZCI (Zero Contact Interface) wiring harness # 119250KIT.
