There has not yet been a set of Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs confirmed to fit your 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander. However, if you can provide me with the dimensions of your coil springs using the attached chart I would be happy to see if SuperSprings has an option for you. Unfortunately, I don't have any dimensions on part # CSS-1125R. There are currently no other suspension enhancements for your vehicle therefore measuring the coil springs to see if there are a set of Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs available will be your best and only option.

Please note that if the reason you are wanting to use the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs is because you will be pulling a trailer and are concerned with sag then you can also use a weight distribution system instead which will actually serve two purposes, to reduce vehicle sag and prevent trailer sway. I recommend a Fastway e2 Weight Distribution like part # FA92-00-0600 because it is a quality system that is easy to use and setup. In order to select the correct one we would need to know the loaded tongue weight of your trailer along with the weight of any cargo stored behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle.

If you can provide me with your total tongue weight I would be happy to make sure you get the correct system but if not I have attached a list of options as well.
