The Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 # AKIHUB-545-35-K is pre-greased but for when you are looking to grease the bearings you can use the LubriMatic Wheel Bearing Grease for Disc and Drum Brake Applications # L11465.
This is a polyurea-based grease that comes in a 14 oz. cartridge for which you can use the LubriMatic Professional Pistol Grease Gun # L30416.
