If I understand correctly, you want to use a Ford F150 with a trailer hitch with a 2 inch receiver like # C15300 to pull a different Ford F-150 with a ranch hand Bumper and 8 inch lift. If that is correct, then you first need to determine the correct hitch if you don't already have one based on the year of your truck for a custom fit. Our fit guide will help you get a custom fit.
Next, you will need to determine the base plate fit on your other truck based on model year and ensure they will fit with the mounting locations based on your bumper.
Then you will need a compatible tow bar with the curb weight of your truck being towed. For instance the Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 All Terrain- 10K # RM-422 is rated for higher than your curb weight, so it would be a good option for you.
Due to the difference in height, you will need a high-low adapter as well to get you in the safe towable range of 3 inches which is above or below level. Finally you will also need the wiring connections for lights, and the braking system needed to safely and legally tow. I've attached an article to assist. All of the requirements for flat towing behind a motorhome will apply to this as well.
If you need more specific help and recommendations, let me know the model year of each and send some photos so I can see the bumper and lift.
