3,500 lb Trailer Axle Recommendation with Hub/Drums and Assemblies that's 95 inches in Length
Question:
I am replacing the axels on a 16 ft utility trailer. I would like to get a price on everything I need. The measurements are 95in hub face to hub face and 80in center of leaf to center of leaf. I would like to be able to use the rims and tires I already have they are 5 on 5 hubs. So in short I am wanting prices for #3500 axels, hubs both brake drums and just idler hubs and the u-bolts. I am going to use the leaves that are already on there. Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks

The axle you'll want is the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles # 7359765 which matches the dimensions you listed of 95 inches from hub face to hub face and then 80 inches between spring seats. The U-bolt kit you need is the part # APUBR-1. And then for the hub drums with the 5 on 5 inch bolt pattern you'll want the part # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K. Then for just an idler hub with same bolt pattern # AKIHUB-550-35-K.
For self-adjusting brake assemblies then you'd want the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust assembly set part # 23-468-469 and you'd have everything you need. The prices are available at the links below.
