Does Quicksnap Hardware Need to be Removed for Each use of SportRack Horizon Rooftop Cargo Box
Question:
What I wanted to really find out is if I can install everything on the QuickRelease on the SR7016 and leave it all permanently installed on the SR7016....but loose enough to mount and dismount whenever we want to put it on the car. Can I just tighten and loosen the 8 nuts enough to slide the QuickRelease clasp areas on and off.......or do I need to remove all of the QuickRelease hardware each time I put the carrier on and off the car? Thanks,

The bolts of the Quicksnap hardware on your SportRack Horizon Rooftop Cargo Box # SR7016 will be loosened when installing and removing the box but doing so will disengage the clamps from the bolts that attach it so it is going to need to be removed when you use it.
