My smart and frugal wife did her homework and found a hitch for our RAV4 at a tag sale. It is Curt model 13149. It appears brand new but is missing the hardware and instructions - perhaps why she was able to snag it for such a bargain price. So I need the missing parts, instructions and details about the bolt torque to mount it. Do you by chance know if it is possible to get these items? We want the hitch so we can use our Kuat Transfer bike rack.
