Towing Mirror Recommendation for 2016 Lexus GX 460

No custom fit mirrors are available for my tow vehicle and this item does not list my vehicle as a fit. Is this a good choice or is there something else that would be better?

For your 2016 Lexus GX 460 I recommend K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Pair Item # KS3990 that you referenced. Both mirrors in this set feature flat glass for the larger mirror and convex glass on the smaller, outer mirrors. They are a universal fit item and I have included a link to a video review of them for you.

The K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors part #KS3990 would indeed be a great option for a 2017 Lexus GX 460. The K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors part #KS69ZR are a great option as well if you prefer the single mirror face.
