Replacement Lock for Sears Sport 15-CAV Rooftop Cargo Box
Question:
Can you tell me what to order I need the entire lock set and metabolism for Sears sport 15 Cav cargo holder. There’s nothing. Just a round hole where there should be the lock. Please advise what to purchase

Your Sears Sport 15-CAV rooftop cargo box was made by Thule. Thule used several types of locks over the years and the best option that is still offered is part # SR03807. This may not be identical to the original but it is the best option we have. This kit is shown in the linked video and it consists of a lock mechanism and a key.
If you have open holes in the box these can be sealed up with a silicone sealant like # LT37467. This will help protect the contents inside the box.
