Hello: which load cross bars I can use with this bases? I need to know the hole square dimensione to buy the cross bar. I need a cross bar about 55 to 60 inches in long.

You need to use Inno crossbars with the Inno Feet part # INMDK that you referenced. Based on the length you said you wanted you'd want the part # INB147 which is a pair of 58 inch long bars.
