Should Snow Tire Chains be Installed on Front or Rear of 2015 Toyota 4Runner 4WD

How about a 4wd Toyota 4 runner 2015? Which tires would you install 2 chains on if it was necessary?

According to pare 270 of the online version of the owner's manual for your 2015 Toyota 4Runner you should only install chains on the rear tires. I recommend checking your copy of the owner's manual to verify this.

If you currently don't have tire chains then I recommend using Class S compatible chains as the manual also states that the link thickness shouldn't exceed 5mm. For a tire size of 245/60-20 the only option available (as of February 2019) are the Titan Chain Cable Snow Tire Chains # TC741DC. If you have size 265/70-17 tires then I recommend going with the Titan Chain Snow Tires Chains # TC2326 instead as they use square links in a diamond pattern for great traction at an affordable cost.
