Can Replacement Hitch Hardware Be Ordered for Curt Trailer Hitch

Is there any way I can pay just the hardware for this hitch?

We do sell replacement hardware for our trailer hitches like the Curt hitch part # 13591 that you mentioned. You'll need the part # RHK for that. On the product page you'll need to select Curt from the brand drop down menu and then enter the part number 13591 and we'll send you everything.
I also attached a picture that shows all of the hardware that comes with this hitch as well.
