Does 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Require Special Harness to Unlock Steering Wheel

How do I keep the steering unlocked when flat towing I have heard that I will need to have A wiring kit for this

If you had a Jeep Cherokee with 4 wheel drive or the Activedrive 2 system to maintain the vehicle's stable steering while being flat towed you will want to install the Mopar accessory kit 68321424AB, available from your Jeep dealer. This kit will prevent the Cherokee's steering from shaking while being flat towed.
Since you have a Grand Cherokee that would not be needed. I attached a few links to tow bar accessories that are confirmed to fit your 2015 Grand Cherokee as well.
