We have the items you need to make an adapter to go from the connector on your Kenworth tow truck to the plug on the fifth-wheel trailers you will be towing, but there is not a pre-made adapter available. There are several situations depending of which trailer connectors you need to adapt to,so I will list the parts for each.
First, if you need to go from a round pin connector, like # PK11720 on your tow truck to a 7-Way RV style trailer connector, like # PK12706, on a fifth-wheel RV you will need a round pin male connector, # PK11702, and a 7-Way RV connector, # PK12-707E, along with an appropriate length of jacketed 7 Wire, # DW04914-1. You can then build a connector using the photos of the I have attached, see link.
If you need to go from a round pin connector, like # PK11720 on your tow truck to a 7-Way Round Pin female connector on an 18 wheeler fifth-wheel trailer then you would need two round pin male connectors, # PK11702, and an appropriate length of jacketed 7 Wire, # DW04914-1, to build an adapter.
If your tow truck has a 7-Way RV style Connector, and you are going to a female 7-Way Round pin trailer connector you will need a RV-Style Trailer Connector, # PK12706, round pin male connector, # PK11702, and an appropriate length of jacketed 7 Wire.
One of the above adapter combinations should work for your situation and allow you to safely tow the trailers with lighting. The photos, see attached, show all of the wiring connections for each connector mentioned. I also attached a couple of videos showing how to wire the RV style connectors.
