Thank you for all that information and I can confirm that the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-146 is a fit for your 2019 Georgetown 30X3 built on a Ford F-53 chassis with an 18,000 lb GVWR and V10 engine.
A rear sway bar is going to be the best way to enhance the ride of your motorhome because they are a vast improvement over the OEM sway bars and their placement at the rear of the vehicle allows for maximum efficiency in terms of better overall handling.
If you are looking to further improve your ride you can do so by adding a front anti-sway bar and steering stabilizer; the combination of these three parts will dramatically increase the handling and comfort of your '19 Georgetown 30X3, allowing you to enjoy your time on the road instead of exhaustively attempting to keep your rig centered at all times.
The correct fits for your motorhome are the Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-148 and Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer # RM33RR.
