Your photo shows the 7-way trailer wiring setup that we call the RV format. The photo I linked shows an actual trailer plug # A10-7W6 like yours and the circuit arrangement is the same as your photo diagram. For reference, the included article covers all wiring formats in detail.

The item you referenced, replacement OEM wiring harness # 118242, is configured in the same way.

Which particular circuit on the 7-Way are you needing a fuse/relay for? All of the fuse locations should be listed out in your truck's owner's manual, but if you can tell me what specific circuit you're looking for I would be happy to try and track this info down.

@ChrisR From what I've researched on the 09 f150. Ford didn't put in the fuses in for the 7way. I'm needing to know what fuse and relay I need to use the 7way, to pull my rv. Hope that makes sense.

The owner's manual for your F-150 lists several fuses and relays for the various circuits on the 7-Way. Is every pin/circuit on the 7-Way dead? According to the manual inside the main power dist. box under the hood there is a: trailer lamp relay in the #6 position, 12V trailer circuit relay in the #9 position, 30A trailer brake circuit fuse in the #17 position, 30A 12V trailer fuse in the #21 position, 20A trailer park relay in the #31 position, trailer left turn/stop relay in the #37 position, trailer right turn/stop relay in #38, 20A fuse for stop/turn in #45 position, and a 15A fuse in the #58 position for trailer backup lamps.
