Yes, the Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box # TH629906 referenced in your question will fit the factory crossbars on your 2018 Infiniti QX60.
The one thing you will want to check though is the rear hatch dimension to make sure you will be able to fully open the hatch without any interference with the rear of the box when it's in place. To verify this you just need to take a quick measurement from the center of the front crossbar on the roof rack back to where the roof and hatch door meet. As long as this measurement is at least 55 inches you won't have any problems at all.
