Installing Draw-Tite I-Stop IQ Brake Controller in 2004 Chevy Suburban 2500

Question:

I have a draw tite 20191 I-stop IQ brake controller that I would like to install in my 2004 chevy suburban 2500. I was wondering if I need a wiring harness or if I have to direct wire it? Thanks!

Your Draw-Tite I-Stop IQ Proportional Brake Control also known as the Primus IQ # TK90160 has a wiring adapter # 3015-P. If you have the factory 7-way on your 2004 Suburban there is nothing further needed. If you don't have the factory trailer connector you will also need # 30955. If you don't have the factory wiring at all, then you will need # ETBC7 kit. I've attached an article to further assist.
