Recommended Moderately Priced Ladder Rack for 2019 Toyota Tacoma w/ Deck Rail System

Question:

I need a mid-priced ladder rack for my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. The truck has the optional tie-down rail under the tops of the bed sides. I don't need a 1000 lb capacity, but more than 400 would be good.
