The Yakima EXO # Y62VR and the GearDeck 17 are both premium hitch carrier options.
The Yakima EXO # Y62VR holds 10 cubic feet and the GearDeck 17 # H00604 holds 17 cubic feet.
The Yakima EXO # Y62VR has 100 lb capacity and the GearDeck 17 # H00604 has a 300-pound capacity.
The Yakima EXO # Y62VR weighs 97 pounds and the GearDeck 17 # H00604 weighs 80 pounds.
The Yakima EXO # Y62VR swings away from the vehicle giving you unencumbered access to the back of your Hyundai and the GearDeck 17 # H00604 slides 50" away from the vehicle giving you full access to open your doors but it is still kind of in your way to use the back.
The GearDeck costs a a little more than the Yakima. You can expand the Yakima by adding a second tier with many options.
They both require a 2" class III or IV hitch.
The choice really depends on the amount of storage you need and of course the cost. I have attached a video review of both carriers so you can see them in action.
My research shows that 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe tongue weight capacities could be 165 lbs., 200 lbs. and 500 lbs. depending on the maximum towing capacity of your Santa Fe's configuration. This will be a huge contributor to your decision, so I would suggest taking a look at you owner's manual first thing.
If you have one of the lower capacities, or only have a 1-1/4" hitch, you would want to go with a traditional carrier like the C18110 Which weighs only 30 pounds. You could add a gear bag like # HCR628 to complete this setup.
I have attached install/review videos for you as well.
