Compatibility of Firestone Ride Rite Springs on Lifted 2016 Toyota Tacoma
Question:
2016 Tundra with a procomp stage two 6 inch lift kit. I have a 4 inch block in the rear with an add a leaf. I know for the Tundras the Firestone bags sit on top of the springs. I ordered Firestone ride rite bag kit 2810 for my truck. I have a 6 3/4 inch distance from the top of my leaf springs to the bottom of the top mounting frame. Do I use the 1-1/2 spacers? Also, what size axle extension spacer do I need?

I reached out to my Tech contact at Firestone and on your 2016 Toyota Tundra you will use kit # F2445. This kit comes with everything you need for your truck. The kit you mentioned is one that is pieced together with that kit included along with the Air Command # F96VV and it also fits Tundra models. There is no longer any extension available from Firestone as they discontinued them because the bracket is strong enough for the capacity of your truck.
Because you used the lift kit you did, my tech contact said you won't need to use any spacers because the air bags will function fine in the 6-3/4 inch distance between your frame and top of the leaf springs.
