In Sienna manual, it can tow I brake trailer less than 1000 pound and require braking system if more than 2000 pound Is it ok if sienna 2016 can tow trailer around 1800 pound without brake Thank you

Your 2016 Toyota Sienna is between 4,375 and 4,705 lbs curb weight. Your owners manual states the gross trailer weight must never exceed 3,500 lbs and if over 2,000 lbs a sway control device is needed. It also states a trailer over 3,000 lbs should be a dual axle trailer. Finally it states any trailer over 1,000 lbs should have a trailer braking system.

So for your 1,800 lb trailer, I recommend the brake controller wiring kit # ETBC7L along with the Curt Echo brake controller # C51180. This will be the easiest combination to add and the brake controller is easily moved between vehicles as needed. You can alternatively use a hardwired controller like # 90195 and wiring kit # ETBC7. Either of these options requires a 4-way flat trailer wiring harness like # 118648.

If you don't already have the trailer hitch, I recommend the Draw-Tite # 76112 you asked this question from. Then for a ball mount, I recommend the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit - 3/4" Rise or 2" Drop # 989899 which will give you the options you need for towing your trailer level.
