I took a look at the owner's manual for a 2018 Toyota Tacoma and it does state to put tire chains on the rear tires only. With that in mind the snow tire chains I recommend for your 2018 Toyota Tacoma with 265/65-17 tires are the Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # TH2004705265 because of their simple installation and the optimal tread you will get on both snow and ice using these chains.

The links on these tire chains are made from manganese nickel alloy steel to ensure they are not only highly durable but also resistant to any type of corrosion. They are Class-S compatible for vehicles with limited space in the wheel wells and require 12mm of clearance.

These snow tire chains are very easy to put on; after you put them around your tires and loop the cables together you only need to drive off and they will self-center and automatically tension around your tires. I have added a diagram which displays how to put the Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # TH2004705265 on as well as a link to a video review of these snow tire chains for you to check out which shows them being installed so you can see how easy the process is.
