The two sizes of 13-inch trailer wheel/tire we offer are 175/80-13 and 185/80-13. Both of these tires are about 24-inches in overall diameter when inflated. The size 175/80-13 will be about 24.1-inches overall and the 185/80-13 will be about 24.4-inches overall. Inflation pressure and tread wear can affect these diameters. You always need to have enough space around a tire for the normal up-and-down motion of the axle and suspension. We recommend at least 3-inches of clearance as a general rule.

The wheel/tire page I linked for you shows you all 13-inch 5-lug trailer wheel/tires that we offer. These are available in the two tire sizes noted above and in several different weight Load Range ratings, B, C and D. Each Load Range tire can handle a different amount of weight at its particular psi pressure.
