Does Included 6-Way Connector Bracket Mount Directly to Tabless Base Plate # DM9519339

Hi. The baseplate comes with a bracket to mount the 6-pin tow and charge plug that I bought separately. However, there is nothing in the instructions about where to mount this bracket and there are no obvious mounting holes on the plate. Can you tell me how to mount the bracket please? Thanks.

I spoke with my contact at Demco and the 6-Way connector bracket that is included with the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519339 referenced in your question isn't really designed to mount to the base plates themselves. The bracket is a universal piece that will simply get mounted to a flat surface in a convenient location on your Jeep. Because vehicles greatly differ depending on various packages and models, there aren't any specific instructions as to how and where the bracket should be installed.

On your Jeep Wrangler Unlimited you should be able to find a good spot directly beneath the front bumper for the bracket.
