There are quite a few trailer hitches available that are designed to fit your 2018 Subaru Outback Wagon but only two of them, the Draw-Tite Class III # 76227 and the EcoHitch Class III # 306-X7601, feature a sleek hidden design where only the 2 inch receiver is visible. They will require you to perform some minor bumper fascia trimming to allow room for the receiver to poke through but the result allows for a clean factory appearance that will look great on your brand new Subaru.

Between these two options I do recommend going with the Draw-Tite # 76227 because it features higher weight capacities (4,000 towing and 600 pound tongue limit) and it is friendlier in terms of cost.
