Recommended Flat Towing System for 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Diesel

Base Plate Kits for Jeep Grtand Cherokee Overland Diesel How do we tell if our jeep is a SRT-8 Model? We ordered the base kit #RM521440-5 and then I read the this kit does not fit the SRT-8. We ordered it about a half hour ago.

The SRT-8 Jeep Grand Cherokee is the Street and Racing Technology model which has some engine performance upgrades you would be aware of if you had. Since you mentioned you have the Overland, I can confirm you do not have the SRT-8 version. So your Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521440-5 are a fit for your vehicle.
If you don't have the other flat towing components, I recommend the following to complete your system:
