Yes, the Stromberg Carlson 4000 Series tailgate, part # VG-15-4000, does fit your 2017 Ford F-350 dually. I've linked an install video from when we put it on an F-250 but the process is the same. I've also attached a picture that shows the tailgate on a 2018 F-350 for you.

You will have to go with a sliding hitch to allow the trailer to make tight turns. For a trailer 8 feet wide the only bed length that's going to allow 90 degree turns without a slider is a stationary hitch. That being said you have two options.…
