I do have a solution for you to carry both of your bikes with your Mazda CX-5 but unfortunately an adapter like part # HTAD isn't the way that I recommend going. Not only does it cut the weight rating of your trailer hitch in half, it will also cause your bike rack to have more movement during travel.

Since we don't carry Allen bike racks we don't have an adapter so instead I recommend changing out your bike rack for something like the Yakima HoldUp # Y02445 which fits a 1-1/4" receiver and can carry up to 2 bikes weighing 60 lbs each. This rack does weigh 49 lbs though so you need to make your your trailer hitch and CX-5 have tongue weight ratings that can accommodate about 150 lbs. I have attached a review video for you to check out.

Another option is to swap out your current trailer hitch for one that has a 2" receiver. If you let me know the year of your CX-5 I can see if we have one available so that you can continue to use your Allen bike rack.

We do have 2" trailer hitch receivers that are compatible with your 2018 Mazda CX-5! We have the Draw-Tite # 76138 and the Curt # C13315, both of which have 2" receivers that allow you to retain the use of your current Allen bike rack. I recommend the Draw-Tite over the Curt because it looks like you have a cutout in your rear fascia. Since the draw-Tite has that plate from the cross-tube to the receiver it will have more of a clean look. Installation videos for both have been linked for you to check out.
