Is Fascia Trimming Required to Install Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch on a 2018 Porsche Cayenne
Question:
Will the fascia on my 2018 Porsche Cayenne need to be trimmed to install the 75950 trailer hitch?

According to the installation instructions for a Porsche Cayenne there is no trimming of the fascia needed to install the Draw-Tite # 75950. This is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Cayenne and I recommend giving yourself a clean looking install with the Draw-Tite # 63080 cover which can stay installed even when you are using the receiver.
If you will be using this trailer hitch to tow then you also need wiring and a ball mount kit. You also need a brake controller if you plan on towing anything over 1,600 lbs (according to the online owner's manual). If you don't already have a 7-Way I recommend the Tekonsha ZCI # 119250KIT which eliminates the need to splice into your OEM wiring and it draws power directly from your battery for the trailer lights. This then allows you to install the Wiring Kit # ETBC7.
The brake controller I recommend using is the Curt Echo # C51180 which only requires that the trailer lights and a 12V feed be connected for it to operate properly. This means that you don't have to route all of the wiring for the ETBC7 kit. The Echo is operated with the app on your iOS or Android device and communicates with your phone via Bluetooth.
For a ball mount kit I recommend the Curt # C45036 but you need to check out the linked ball mount article to ensure that the 2" drop is correct for your towing application.
